1988 to 2021 - A quick recap - Bruce earned his license in April 1988 and hit the ground running, he was born to sell real estate. He immediately began representing Buyers in home purchases and quickly learned the Listing side. Within a year he moved into sales management at model homes at new home developments. From 1989 through 2001 he gained the experience and knowledge needed to be a successful Full Service Listing Agent for New Construction. He got his big break when he was granted an exclusive listing for Woodland Meadows in 2002. Since then, Bruce has been the exclusive Listing Broker for 490 homes in 21 developments, representing 10 builders. (current May 2021)

Although it sounds as if Bruce has no time, that is not true. He is highly organized with a proprietary cloud system that allows him to manage all aspects of his business from any internet connection. He also has a great team to assist with the mundane and routine tasks.
