About Bruce Lystad and HomesNW, Inc.

Bruce Lystad is the President of HomesNW, Inc,. Bruce specializes in marketing and sales of new home developments, as well as providing his past clients with full-service marketing of their resale homes as they upgrade homes every few years. He is a recognized expert in the real estate industry, having earned his license 1988. Since then, Bruce has gained vast knowledge and developed a bank of contacts that help his clients reach their real estate goals.

Bruce has been involved in new construction sales from the beginning of his career and has built a solid reputation with both past clients and local builders, having sold well over 1,000 new homes throughout the South Snohomish and North King County area. He is currently involved in land acquisition, community design and development, and full-service marketing and sales management for Marshall Homes, Rudd Development, Chinook Homes, GH Forest Resources, Critchlow Homes, Calibre Homes, and Olympic Sound Development.
