Bruce Lystad is the President of HomesNW, Inc,. Bruce specializes in marketing and sales of new home developments, as well as providing his past clients with full-service marketing of their resale homes as they upgrade homes every few years. He is a recognized expert in the real estate industry, having earned his license 1988. Since then, Bruce has gained vast knowledge and developed a bank of contacts that help his clients reach their real estate goals.
Bruce has been involved in new construction sales from the beginning of his career and has built a solid reputation with both past clients and local builders, having sold well over 1,000 new homes throughout the South Snohomish and North King County area.
